Set off from Prague to Ostrava and back on the Czech Railways Colours Express. It departs to Ostrava on Wednesday morning, and from Ostrava on Sunday night and Sunday morning. Special direct train connections Colours Expres will offer you not only transport from Prague to Ostrava and back. The festival atmosphere will be evoked by the performance of busker Rodan and gifts from the festival partners will make the long journey to Ostrava more pleasant. During the ride you can exchange your ticket for an identification belt. This will make both the ride and the passage through the festival gates pleasant and smooth.
On the opening day of the festival, Wednesday 17 July, the Colours Express will depart from Prague Central Station at 10:19 a.m. and will stop in Prague-Libeň, Kolín, Pardubice and Česká Třebová. You can get off at Ostrava-Svinov (arriving at 13:40) and Ostrava hl. n. (arriving at 13:48).
There will be two return specials. The first one on the night after the festival. From Ostrava střed station, which is about 700 metres from the gates of the festival grounds, this Colours Express will leave on Sunday 21 July at 2:10 pm. In Ostrava, you can still board it at the main station (departure at 2:15).
After stops in Suchdol nad Odrou, Hranice na Moravě, Přerov, Olomouc hl. n., Zábřeh na Moravě, Česká Třebová, Ústí nad Orlicí, Chocni, Pardubice hl. n., Přelouč, Kolín and Prague-Libeň, the train will arrive at Prague Main Station at 6:34 am.
The second return Colours Express departs on Sunday 21 July from the Ostrava main station at 10:12 a.m., stops in Ostrava-Svinov (departure at 10:20 a.m.) and via Hranice na Moravě, Olomouc Main Station, Zábřeh na Moravě, Českou Třebovou, Pardubice Main Station, Kolín and Prague-Libeň will arrive in Prague Main Station at 1:34 p.m.
